Me Cung Cave is a cave on Lom Bo island. It is 2km southwest of the beach at Ti Top island. The name Me Cung means Bewitching. The entrance to the cave is very narrow, allowing only one person to squeeze through at any one time. Then it widens into several small and narrow chambers, with beautiful stalagmites and stalactities. The cave is dry and well ventilated. There is a thick layer of shells on the ground. Archaeologists believe that there was a new Stone Age culture at Me Cung Cave between 7000 and 10,000 years ago.
As you exit Me Cung Cave, climb up a few stone steps to arrive at a lake surrounded by the mountains. There is a wide variety of fish, shrimps and algae that makes the lake their home.
